    My regular Smash4 characters.
I did a bit of a different process with this.  I used a fixed-width 10pt pen and did the whole thing without laying down a sketch first.  I did almost no erasing other than a few stray lines for clarity so I had to live with my mistakes.Speed is still my biggest hurdle so little exercises like this help me not to be so precious with everything.  Total time: a little under 2 hours.

The Boxer Hockey archives are finally back online at http://www.boxerhockey.com !  Even though now they’re just re-directing a a new Tumblr site, I felt like this was a good solution for now.  Over the next few weeks I’ll be tagging and indexing all the strips to make them easily searchable, hopefully that will make up for the lack of a drop-down index.I’ll also be adding all the one-off gag and holiday strips into their own archive later, but for now I just wanted to get the main storyline posted.  Enjoy!

Thanks to everyone that came to see me at Anime Expo and San Diego Comic Con this year!   Here again are some of my favorite sketch covers from those conventions.

Stay tuned to this Tumblr to hear about any future signings I’ll have.

Gumball Issue 1 hits stores nationwide today!  Frank Gibson (Tiny Kitten Teeth) does the writing, and I do all the art (lines, colors, everything) so go check it out!

While we’re at it, here’s a list of some other stuff I’ve worked on this year so far.  I’ve been bad about keeping Tumblr abreast of all this stuff:

    Bravest Warriors:

My run as the regular cover artist for the Bravest Warriors comic series ended on issue 18, just in time for the episodes of the show that I storyboarded to air.  Check them out here:
    S2E11: Season of the Worm

    S2E12: Season of the Mitch

    Sonic the Hedgehog
I did the cover for issue 258 and will be doing all the interior pencils for issues 264 and 265 featuring the Archie series’ debut of the Werehog. Hitting news stands in August and September.

    MEGA MAN
I did the interior pencils for issues 34 and 35 of Archie’s Mega Man series.  Some still might be hanging out in the back racks of your local comic shop if you missed them.

Even more stuff yet to be announced soon!  Thanks for sticking around.
